Argonaut acted as Financial Advisor to Margaret River Premium Meat Exports Pty Ltd in 2019, for the complete sale of the company to Stone Axe Pastoral Company Pty Ltd for an undisclosed amount, to continue the production of the iconic brand and maintain long-term customer relationship. The merger was possible through numerous domestic and international prospective investors, which provided negotiation and transaction support for MRPME shareholders.
