Argonaut acted as Financial Advisor to Margaret River Premium Meat Exports Pty Ltd (“MRPME” or the “Company”), developer of the iconic “Margaret River Wagyu” brand and Western Australia’s largest producer and supplier of Wagyu Beef, for the 100% Company Sale to Stone Axe Pastoral Company Pty Ltd (“Stone Axe”). Stone Axe acquired MRPME by way of a merger of the businesses for an undisclosed consideration, with the key aim of continuing to support and grow the long-term customer relationships in place at MRPME today.
