Argonaut acted Lead Manager to successfully raise $3.04 million for ClearVue Technologies Limited at an issue price of $0.095 per share by way of a placement (“Placement”).  ClearVue Technologies Limited (ASX:CPV) is a Perth-based Australian company that produces clean, safe, and sustainable renewable energy.  The Placement was used to accelerate the commercialisation of ClearVue’s patented solar PV window technology, focusing on North American, German, and Australian markets.

ClearVue Technologies Limited’s patented nano-technology, ClearVue PV BIPV and Glass PV can transform a glass building into a massive solar panel, generating power and reducing transmission requirements. An activated interlayer sits within two panes of glass and redirects infra-red and ultraviolet light to the side of a window to harvest the solar energy with traditional PV elements.
