Anova Metals – $9m Placement  – December 2022

Argonaut acted as Joint Lead Manager to the $9.0 million Placement for Anova Metals Limited (ASX:AWV). The Placement was underpinned by strong support from a number of new and existing institutional and sophisticated investors, including the major shareholders of DC Mines.

Proceeds from the Placement will be utilised towards accelerating exploration at the highly prospective Golden Dragon and Fields Find Projects (post anticipated completion of Anova’s acquisition of DC Mines in February 2023) and general working capital.
