Argonaut acted as Joint Financial Advisor to Technology Metals Limited (ASX: TMT) on its all scrip $217 million Scheme of Arrangement with Australian Vanadium Limited (ASX: AVL).
The transaction will logically consolidate the Murchison Technology Metals Project and the Australian Vanadium Project which adjoin across one orebody and provides a unique opportunity to realise operational and corporate synergies through the creation of a integrated project.
The combined group will become a leading Australian vanadium developer with a world-class asset of scale, located in a Tier-1 mining jurisdiction.
