Argonaut is pleased to announce the appointment of Bennett Green, who has commenced as Argonaut’s ECM Manager & Legal Counsel, replacing Adam Santa Maria. Bennett has previously been working in the Corporate Advisory practices of Hardy Bowen, Minter Ellison (which later became Squire Sanders) and most recently Gilbert & Tobin.
Bennett brings a wealth of knowledge to the table having worked on a number of large corporate transactions in relation to re-compliance listings, on and off-market takeover offers, schemes of arrangement, placements, rights issues, due diligence investigations, IPOs and company restructures.
Bennett is a Lawyer and holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Commerce. Welcome to the Argonaut team Bennett.
