Key News Overnight:
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 230 points, or 0.8%, to 30,212, the S&P 500 gained 60 points, or 1.6%, to 3,774 and the Nasdaq Composite added 331 points, or 2.5%, to 13,402.
Spot silver hit its highest since Aug. 11 at $28.98 an ounce and was up 5.82% to 28.55.
