Donald Trump will impose sanctions on Turkey for its Syrian incursion, days after he cleared the way for it by pulling American forces from the area. The penalties will raise steel tariffs back to 50%, and the U.S. will halt negotiations over a trade pact. Syrian forces pushed closer to the Turkish border.
