Key News Overnight:
Wall Street rose on Tuesday, with both the blue-chip Dow and benchmark S&P 500 closing at record highs, as economically sensitive value stocks gained with the U.S. Senate’s passage of a $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure package. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 163 points, or 0.5%, to 35,265, the S&P 500 gained 4.4 points, or 0.1%, to 4,437 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 72 points, or 0.5%, to 14,788.
