Key News Overnight:
Wall Street lost ground on Thursday, with the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq pulling back from record closing highs in a broad sell-off driven by uncertainties surrounding the pace of the U.S. economic recovery. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 260 points, or 0.8%, to 34,422, the S&P 500 lost 37 points, or 0.9%, to 4,321 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 105 points, or 0.7%, to 14,560.
