Brightstar Resources Limited (BTR) – $30m Placement

Argonaut acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner to the $30 million placement for Brightstar Resources Limited (ASX:BTR). The bookbuild received strong support from leading domestic and international institutional investors.

Proceeds from the placement will fund Brightstar’s ongoing portfolio activities, including fast-tracked mining and production at the Laverton Hub, as well as resource definition and greenfield exploration drilling. The strengthened balance sheet also positions Brightstar for further potential M&A opportunities.
