Stan is a Director within Argonaut’s Corporate Finance division and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Johannesburg. Stan has 10 years investment banking experience and specialises in providing strategic, M&A, insolvency & restructuring and capital raising advice and services to clients in the resources and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Argonaut in November 2011, Stan worked with Macquarie Capital in the Natural Resources sector team, both in Hong Kong and Johannesburg, South Africa.
Stan is a fluent Mandarin speaker and is a keen golfer.
