Sovereign Metals’ (SVM) latest graphite concentrate metallurgical results confirm prior work with a ~68% full circuit recovery achievable via gravity and flotation circuits. Characterisation tests indicate low deleterious elements including low sulphur. Samples of the premium 97% TGC concentrate have been sent to consultants ProGraphite GmbH in Germany for Coated Spherical Purified Graphite (CSPG) tests. We anticipate existing shareholder Rio Tinto will exercise its option for a further 5% of SVM before the 20th of July. Positive CSPG test outcomes and excise of Rio’s option will provide further confidence in Kasiya and should be reflected by positive movement in SVM’s share price.
