Charles is regarded as one of WA's leading M&A Advisors. He has also been involved in a number of significant capital raisings having raised over $1 billion for clients.
Charles is a co-founder of Argonaut and has a distinguished track record in M&A, advisory and equity capital markets transactions. Charles was previously Managing Director, Investment Banking with the global firm of CIBC World Markets. Prior to that he was a Director of Hartley Poynton and Senior Insolvency Partner of KPMG.
In addition to his roles as Chairman, Charles has responsibility for Argonaut's activities with service companies and contractors, agribusiness and special situations within the Corporate team. He also chairs the Deals Committee, which approves all transactions undertaken by Argonaut.
