Brightstar Resources Limited (BTR) – $50m Institutional Placement

Argonaut is pleased to have acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner to the $50 million institutional placement. The transaction received strong support from both new and existing global institutional investors.

The capital raise proceeds fund a fast-tracked drill out of the Sandstone Project and advancement of feasibility studies and permitting across Brightstar’s portfolio.
