Edward Rigg

Eddie is the co-founder of Argonaut and brings over 30 years of investment banking experience, with a focus on the metals, mining, and energy sectors. He has led numerous M&A and capital raising transactions for a wide range of clients, from small-cap explorers to multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises. Before establishing Argonaut in 2002, Eddie was Executive Director of Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets.
In addition to his leadership at Argonaut, Eddie is Chairman of Salubris Australia and a co-founder of Global Lithium Resources, underlining his deep commitment to the natural resources industry. He is a Responsible Executive under the ASX Market Integrity Rules and a Responsible Manager under the Australian Financial Services Licence regime. His contributions to the business and broader community have been recognised with accolades including the 40under40 and City of Perth Business Awards.
Outside of his corporate career, Eddie is the principal of Geisel Park Stud, a respected Western Australian thoroughbred stud. A passionate sports enthusiast, he is also a long-suffering supporter of the Fremantle Dockers.
Eddie maintains a strong commitment to community service. He is a co-founder of Autism West (now Spectrum Space) alongside his wife Kylie, a past President of the Carbine Club of WA, and former Vice Chairman of The Western Australian Turf Club. He has also played an instrumental role in supporting melanoma research initiatives in Western Australia.

Liam has decades of experience providing strategic corporate advice, managing divestments, and executing mergers and acquisitions across the resources sector.
Prior to joining Argonaut through its merger with PCF Capital Group in 2021, Liam was principal of PCF and played a key role in growing the business into a leading independent corporate advisory and investment banking firm in the mining sector. Liam was also a founding partner of the establishment of Macquarie Bank in WA.
He currently serves as Chairman Lunnon Metals Limited, an ASX-listed nickel exploration company operating in Kambalda, Western Australia and is Chairman of Sport West, the peak body for all sporting codes in WA.
His professional background combines corporate finance, executive leadership, and board governance, with a continued focus on the development of high-potential resource assets.

Greg is the CEO of Argonaut Limited and leads the firm’s Corporate Finance division. With qualifications in law and commerce (majors in finance and accounting), he brings over 23 years of investment banking experience, particularly in the natural resources sector. Greg has advised on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, debt advisory, and corporate restructurings across various industries and jurisdictions.
He began his career at Argonaut shortly after its inception and played a pivotal role in establishing the firm’s Hong Kong office in 2011. Greg served as Head of Asia and Executive Director during his tenure in Hong Kong, holding Responsible Officer status under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. He returned to Perth in 2021 to assume his current leadership role.
Greg is a Responsible Manager under the Australian Financial Services Licence regime and a Fellow of FINSIA.

Kevin joined Argonaut in 2006 and is an Argonaut Board Member.
He began his career at the Reserve Bank of Australia and entered stockbroking as a trading floor operator in the late 1980s. His advisory career includes roles with the Perth offices of BNZ, HSBC, and Citigroup stockbroking operations.
Kevin specialises in providing share market advice, portfolio management, and trade execution services to domestic and international private clients, corporates, international brokers, and resource funds.

Ben joined Argonaut in 2023 with over 25 years of experience in Equity and Debt capital markets, including equity trading, portfolio management, equity underwrites, IPOs, and capital structure advisory for leading global listed corporates. Most recently, he was Head of Equities and a Board Member at Goldman Sachs Australia & NZ for over five years. Ben also held senior trading roles at Macquarie Bank in both Tokyo and Sydney for over 12 years. Additionally, he served as Portfolio Manager at Blue Sky Macro and NIB Capital in London.
Ben is a board member of Argonaut Limited and co-head of Argonaut Funds Management and head of Argonaut’s Sydney operations.

Jennifer Morris OAM

Jenn is an experienced corporate advisor and Non-Executive Director with a strong track record across private and public sectors, including mining, transport, financial services, government, health, and professional services.
Jenn is currently a Non-Executive Director of Sandfire Resources, Liontown Resources, and recently concluded a seven-year tenure on the Board of Fortescue Metals Group. She has previously held board roles with the Australian Sports Commission, Healthway (as Chair), and the Fremantle Dockers. Jenn also serves as a Director on philanthropic organisations FORM Building a State of Creativity and think tank The Policy Institute.
Her executive experience includes roles as a Partner at Deloitte in the management consulting division, and as a senior executive at the Minderoo Foundation, where she was CEO of Walk Free, a global human rights initiative focused on ending modern slavery.
Jenn brings deep expertise in strategic thinking, corporate governance, ESG strategy, high-performance leadership, and large-scale transformation. She is frequently sought after for her skills in strategy development, workshop facilitation, and as an engaging keynote speaker.
Before embarking on her corporate career, Jenn was a member of the Australian women’s hockey team, the Hockeyroos, and is a dual Olympic gold medallist from the Atlanta 1996 and Sydney 2000 Games. She was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for her services to sport.
At Argonaut, as well as her Non-Executive Director role, Jenn is Chair of both the People and Performance Committee, and the Sustainable Investment Committee.

Brent is an experienced business leader, entrepreneur, and company director with a career spanning over four decades across marketing services, strategy consulting, investment, and governance.
Brent is the Executive Chairman of Waveride Capital Ltd, an investment company he founded in 2011, and the former CEO of Market Equity, a corporate and strategy advisory firm focused on supporting business growth, funding, and value realisation.
He originally founded Market Equity in 1992 and led its growth into one of Australia’s largest independent marketing and research companies. Following its acquisition by global marketing and media group Aegis PLC in 2005, Brent held a number of global CEO roles at Aegis’ research business, Synovate, where he was responsible for operations across more than 50 countries, global strategy, and information systems.
Brent currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Argonaut, Deputy Chair of HBF Health Ltd, and Chair of the Advisory Boards for Etherington and Benara Nurseries. He has previously held board roles across a wide range of public companies, private enterprises, and government organisations.
He holds degrees in Science and Psychology, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).
