WA1 Resources Ltd (WA1) – $100m Institutional Placement

Argonaut is proud to have acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner to the A$100 million institutional placement, which received strong support from new and existing institutional investors across the Americas and Australia.

The funds raised will be applied toward pre-development and permitting activities at Luni, as well as planned capital expenditure relating to supporting infrastructure.
