Global Construction Services Limited is an engineering, oil, mining, maintenance and construction company based in Western Australia with global infrastructures. SRG Global Limited (ASX:SRG) is a global specialist asset service company with the products and the services to manage and solve complex problems across the entire asset lifecycle in the engineering, mining and construction industries. Both parties pursued this merger to own 51% and 49%, respectively, to build a leading global specialist engineering, construction and maintenance group
