NRW is to acquire from HSE Mining the mining contract and fleet at Stanmore’s South Walker Creek Mine. In line with the successful acquisition track record, this deal looks to be well priced and should provide NRW opportunity beyond the current short contract life. We maintain our BUY call on an upgraded valuation of $3.40 (prior $3.15).
