Argonaut is delighted to announce the appointment of Conrad Anderson as an Executive Director in Corporate Finance with effect from Monday 14 October 2013. Conrad was previously an Executive Director and Head of Australian ECM with the Investec Australian Resources team in Sydney until Investec closed recently. Prior to that Conrad was an Executive Director in the Corporate Finance team with Ord Minnett. Conrad is an experienced ECM deal originator and has a successful track record of raising funds for metals and mining companies. Initially Conrad will work out of the Perth office.
Conrad is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, FINSIA (F Fin), Fellow of the Securities Institute (FSI) UK and holds a graduate diploma (FSI Dip) and a Bachelor of Laws, Upper Second Class Honours from the University of Aberdeen (United Kingdom).
