Work on the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) for the Gonneville project is ongoing with results expected to be released in the middle of 2025. The key focus of the work ongoing is to refine the process flowsheet and completing further metallurgical test-work. Trials using High Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGRs) has highlighted the potential for reduce power consumption relative to using SAG mills. Leach test work continues to highlight pathways to reduce operating costs. We see the completion and release of the PFS as a major catalyst for CHN with work completed to date suggesting there is scope for improvements in both capital and operating costs compared to the scoping study. We reiterate our SPEC BUY on CHN, lowering our price target 13% to A$2.10 due to recent declines in spot PGM and base metal prices.
