Argonaut acted as Global Coordinator, Joint Lead Manager, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Underwriter to the A$111.4 million Placement and Financial Advisor to Global Lithium Resources Limited (ASX:GL1) to fund the A$60 million acquisition of the remaining 20% of the Manna Lithium Project.
The Placement was well supported by a significant number of new Tier 1 institutional investors alongside existing shareholders with Mineral Resources increasing its stake to 9.9% and Suzhou TA&A maintaining its 9.9% interest.
Funds from the Placement will be used to continue exploration across the wider Manna Lithium Project area and Marble Bar Lithium Project alongside advancing Manna through Scoping and Feasibility studies.
