Paul is an Executive Director and is an institutional dealer and a member of the Board of the Argonaut Limited. Prior to joining the financial services industry, he had more than 10 years' experience as a geologist in oil and gas, gold, base metals and iron ore.

Paul spent 8 years as a rated Resources Analyst at Hartley Poynton, Paterson Ord Minnett, ANZ Institutional and Investment Bank and Macquarie Bank and 10 years in Institutional Sales and Research. Paul founded the broking business at Argonaut and has been responsible for building the business and team.
