Nick manages Argonaut’s Debt Advisory business. He recently returned to Perth having spent 8 years working at the Royal Bank of Scotland in their Corporate Financing and Risk Solutions unit based in London.

Nick has extensive experience in multi-product fund raising situations including senior bank lending and project finance, hybrid equity and commodity linked financing solutions. He has advised across a range of industry sectors with a focus on Natural Resources.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce from UWA and has completed the London Business School Corporate Finance Executive programme. He is a Chartered Accountant.
