Phil has 13 years of international mining and equity experience. Prior to joining Argonaut Phil was a Mining & Metals Analyst at Raymond James Capital Markets in Toronto for 6 years where he was a Brendon Woods ranked analyst and a Thomson Reuters Starmine top stock picker award winner. Phil covered senior, mid-cap and junior resource producers, royalty, streaming and developer companies. Prior to that he worked as a Project Engineer with Barrick Gold Corporation in both Perth and Toronto, where his primary responsibilities included supporting the company's pipeline of feasibility and development stage projects globally. Phil has numerous relationships across North American and European generalists, hedge and natural resource funds.

Phil has a B. Applied Science and an M.B.A. (Mineral & Energy Economics) from Curtin University.
